I (Hal Miles II) worked on T2 for Stan Winston Studios for almost a year and was one of the animatronic technicians in the mechanical department. My first assignment on the film was to completely dis-assemble and re-engineer the original complete T-800 from the first film and then fabricate and mass produce the animatronic skulls and body sections for the film including the one up for auction. Please feel free to look at the additional credit image that I have posted with my name underlined. This skull that's up for auction is one of the secondary units that had very limited motion, which only functioned when attached to the animatronic serpentine neck mechanism that it was originally on and is not included. The condition of the piece is battle worn as it was when it was originally shot for the film.I've had this piece for several years now and it was given to me as a very special thank you gift from an individual who was highly associated with the film.The winning bidder will receive not only the prop, but also the glass and wood case that it is displayed in. Also a COA from myself is included along with never before published photo's of myself creating the actual skulls.(These photo's are for documentation purposes only and I give you no publishing rights for them and none are included.) Additionally my T2 crew badge is not included in the auction.
